Our Response to COVID-19

UPDATE:

Per the Executive Order of Gov. Phil Scott, our sales department will remain open on a limited basis. We will conduct sales operations via phone or online only until 4/15 or until further notice.

Our service and parts operations will remain open with limited hours and conduct business per the executive order and directives from the CDC and VT Department of Health.

Our focus in modifying business operations is to provide a safe environment for our customers and staff while still being able to meet the needs of our community.



We are still open for business; in-person, online, and over the phone. That being said please see our announcement below about business adjustments pertaining to COVID-19.

As many of you are already aware, we are dealing with an unprecedented interruption to normal business operations and social interactions related to the spread of the COVID-19 virus throughout the United States and our local communities. Yesterday (3/15), we were informed by the government to limit social gatherings, local school closures for a minimum of 3 weeks, and many restaurants and bars will close or limit interactions throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Key Auto Group must also respond in a socially responsible way to protect our customers and employees.

In doing so the following steps will need to be taken to ensure we provide a clean, sanitary, and healthy workplace. The following list of items will be adhered to until further notice:

  • No meetings to take place or unnecessary social gatherings
  • No handshaking
  • Wash hands regularly and utilize alcohol-based hand sanitizers regularly throughout the day
  • Wipe down common surfaces with antibacterial wipes on the hour every hour
  • Any employee that displays sign of illness will be immediately separated from the workplace and sent home until 24 hours after all symptoms disappear and they display no fever
  • No congregating in groups for social reasons, team meetings or huddles throughout the day.

Guidelines will be reviewed as new information is received from local and federal government. We will remain open regular business hours and do our best to continue to provide an excellent customer and employee experience.

For our valued customers: Please feel free to call our stores with any questions about getting service, working with a sales consultant, or ordering parts. We will be able to conduct business while exercising appropriate social distancing. We are open for business.
